DISTRICT COURT, LAWRENCE.

IN BANKBUPTCY. (Before His Honor Judge Gray.) Tuesday, May 12th. Charles Graham Sinclair, of Adams Flat, miner, a bankrupt, applied for his discharge. Mr. M'Coy appeared for the bankrupt. Tho Trustee reported favorably. Mr. M'Coy applied for coats for the bankrupt, and said, that he would give, them to the bankrupt if granted, as he thought he (the bankrupt) had been very unfortunate. Costs allowed. Duncan M'Rae, of Ettrick, butcher, a bankrupt, applied for' his discharge. Mr. M'Coy appeared for the bankrupt. Owing to the Trustee having made no further report, the case was again adjourned.
