(Before E. H. Carew, Esq., R.M ) Tuesday, May 12th. Simson v. Lyons — Judgment wss given in this ease for the plaintiff, £1 17s. 6d. His Worship said he would not allow any costs. Mr. Copland appeared for the plaintiff ; Mr. M'Coy for the defendant. Rowland v. Hammond. — Claim for £38 for wages as farm servant. Mr. M'Coy for plaintiff ; Mr. Copland for defendant. Mr. M'Coy having opened the case, a poffice officer was sent for to watch the evidence, as it was stated that it would disclose a very-^gpMs breach, or series of breaches, of the licensing laws. During an adjournment the claim was settled.
