Nomination and acceptance to be received the same date as Lawrence and Publicans' Handicaps. Acceptance, with two guineas enclosed, to be received by the Secretary before 10 p.m. on Tuesday, 17th February. (The winner of the Lawrence Handicap to carry 71b penalty in this race.) CONSOLATION HANDICAP of 25 boys. ; for all beaten horses ; distance, 1£ mile ; entrance, £1 10s. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 3lbs. All disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme Bhall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this Programme (post entry races excepted) unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber to the Race Fund of not less than two guineas. Entries to be received by the Secretary, at his office, up to nine p.m. on Wednesday, 18th February. Entrance money, enclosed with name, age, and pedigree (if any) of the horse, and name of owner and colors of the rider. Any Jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined £2. Five per cent, will be dedu^ad from the gross amount of all stakes, for' expenses. Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced, Parties entering protests will require to deposit one guinea. If protests should be sustained, the guinea to be returned. WM.
