For untrained horses the bona fide property of residents within 15 miles of Tapanui for three months prior to the races. SECOND DAY. HANDICAP HURDLE RACE, of 20 sovb. HURRY SCURRY RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Mares and geldings allowed 31bs. 2. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse unless he "be qualified as a subscriber of not less than two guineas to the race fund, hack races excepted. 3. Any person lodging a protest will have to deposit the sum of one guinea ; and should such protest be not sustainei, the Bame will be forfeited. 10.
