Richard Heritage and Michael O'Gorman were each fined 10s. and costs of Court, 6s. 6d., fora breach of the Town and Country Ordinance, by allowing horses to stray within the township. . Thomas Jefferys, similarly charged for allowing cattle to stray, was fined 10s. and costs of Court, with: sa. expenaca of one witness. ■
