Jeffries v. Michael— Claim of £20 for trespass. Plaintiff it appeared was the lease holler of an unenclosed pbee of land, of which he alleged defendant's pigg hail rooted up and destroyed 20 acres. The laud it appeared was vevy steep, and there was nothing sown on it. Judgment was given fo: plaintiff for 20<*. and coats, the E.M. remarking that the damages wereawarded more as a caution to defendant to keep iiis pigs from straying than for the injury done to the land. JSFixon v. Fitzgerald. — Claim for £4 35., balance of account. Judgment for plaintiff for £2 7s. and costs. Kemp v. Gosgrove.— Claim of £10 10d. for service of entire. Mr. M' Coy for plaintiff; Mr. Mount for defendant. After hearing the evidence, the case was dismissed, each party to pay hie! own costs.
John Doliei'ty, charged on the information of Mr. Griindy, Inspector of depasturing licenses; with allowing two entires at large upon thecotninonags, was fined £4 and costs.
