RUSSIA.
A general order issued by the "War Office directs the entire reorganisation of the army, and calls to arms the whole adult male population of the country. The field forces are estimated at 1,600,000, besides 66 regiments of Cossacks.
The " Times " says, that during June and July, Russia invaded and annexed the country of Dsoungarir, on the northern slope of the Thian-Shan mountains ; a territory twice as large as Ireland, possessing rich mineral and agricultural resources, and with a population of two millions.
