DISTRICT. COURT.— IN BANKRUPTCY.
(Before His Honour Judge Grey.)
Tuesday, 10th Oct. In re Donald and Hugh Clark. — Mr. Copland, on behalf of the bankrupts, applied for their discharge. ' There being no opposition offered, the application was granted.
Mr. M'Coy, instructed by the trustee, appeared and opposed the account of Miss Clark against the estate. This matter will form the subject for further proceeding.
In re Isaac Butterfield. — The first meeting of the creditors in this estate took place. Mr. M'Coy appeared for the bankrupt. The bankrupt surrendered, but no sufficient number of creditors being present, the meeting was adjourned for seven days.
