DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned Andrew Ferguson and Andrew Burns, in the Trade or Business of Newspaper Proprietors and General Printers, at Lawrence, in the Province of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, under the Firm of FERGUSON AND BURNS, has this day been DISSOLVED by mutual consent: And Notice is Hereby Further Given, that the share in the said Business hitherto held by the said Andrew Burns has been purchased by James Clark Brown of Lawrence, by whom, conjointly with the said Andrew Ferguson, the Business will from this date be carried on under the style or firm of FERGUSON AND BROWN ; and that the said Firm of Ferguson and Brown will pay and receive all accounts owing by and to the late Firm of Ferguson and Burns, on account thereof in the regular course of trade.
