No person allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of £1 to the Race Fund ; except the Hack Race, for which a subscription of 10s. will qualify. 3. Five por cent deducted from all the horse prizes. 4 4. The decision of the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, in all cases to be final. 5. All objections to be lodged within Ten minutes after the race has been run, otherwise they will not be entertained.
