Napier, This Day The strike, so far as it is affecting local seamen, was declared oft' on Saturday, and all those for whom there vvere vacancies on the vessels in, port, resumed work. ■ \ The Richardson .fleet has now resumed its usual service. The Takapuna, the first Union Co. coastal boat in the service since the commencement 01 the strike, arrived last-evening, and left later for Gisborne, on m resumption of the summer ferry service. I
