GERMAN SCANDAL
1 Berlin, September 21. An extraordinary scandal is causing consternation in Breslau, where 14 men have been arrested on charges of immorality for inveigling 72 young school girls at various times into a disorderly house in Augusta Strausse. An army ollicer, a police official, an architect, and four tradesmen have committed suicide fearing arrest.
