The Tnuranga County Council has decided to purchase a small Carlyle grader for use on the County roads. We remind our readers of the clearing sale to'be held at Mr Tebbutt's farm on Friday next, commencing at 11 a.m. A black and white yearling steer and a 2yr old roan heifer, running on the property of Mr W. A. Bennett, may be obtained Iby paying expenses. Messrs Dalgety and Co. notify that from the 24th inst. their local premises will be closed all day on Wednesday, as well as on Thursday afternoons, in order to allow the agent, Mr Walker to Yisit country clients.
