SIR EDWARD GREY CONGRATULATED. London, May 30. The peace treaty has been signed at St. James- Palace, Sir Edward Grey (Minister for Foreign Affairs) presiding. After the treaty was signed, all the delegates left the palace in a body, highly elated, and chatting together. Rome, May 30.
