In the Supreme Court to»day, a depree nisi was granted in the divorce case Helen Chaldicott v, Louis Wm. Chaldicott, appellant proved adultery with a barmaid and also cruelty to herself. Pefendant is a brewer here, and has until lately been a partner in the firm of Strachan and Chaldicott.
