BLENHEIM.

Dastardly Outrage.

This day

A dastardly outrage was committed here on Saturday. A half-pound flask of powder has been found in a 9in. clapper bellows at Nicholas' blacksmith forge. The flask was full, and holes were cut in it in such a Tray that the flames from the forge must have reached the powder. Fortunately, it was discovered by Nicholas on going to light the fire. The police are on the track of the offender, and hope to bring him to justice.
