Mr Viokerman, of the Public Works department, commenced today to lay off the road leading from the entrance to the North Head reserves to the site of the Latteries proposed to be erected on the nromontory. Fifty navvies will be put on tomorrow. A large concrete magazine is to be erected, and the road is to be completed within ten days.
