Proposals,
The Pall Mall Gazette this afternoon states that the Kussian Government, in reply to Earl Grauville's communication of the 16th March, has signified its acceptance of the laid down by the British Cabinet within which the Afghan frontier lines should be fixed.
[SPECIALS TO THE FBK33 ASSOCIATION.] London, March 31. It is believed that some Russian war vessels are cruising ia the Paeifta.
Several of her cruisers are also reported to be voyaging in the neighborhood of the Biver Amoo.
March 30. The guns for the defence of Tasmania have been shipped.
