In the House of Commons last night Sir Stafford Northcote proposed a rote of censure upon, the Government. /The motion set forth that" the Ministerial policy in connection with the Soudan had proved rosulfclesn, and his speech urged that it was imperative that a stable Government should be established in Egypt.
