On Saturday, May 24, the directors bf! the Welcome Gol I Mining Company declared a dividend of 5s per 15,000 th share, equal to £3750. The amount of amalgam obtained for the week was 9850zs from the blankets and berdans, 10 head of stampers crushing. We 1. arm privately that the probable yield of a.ui2\^enn for the current j week will exceed any yet obtained during a like period. The United Alpine Company crushed 90 tons Lst week with a result of 1340zs of amalgam. The Krep-it Dark for the week crushed with 20 heed of stampers, and obtained 301ozs of amalgam. The Globe Company's returns for the week are below the average, being 118ozs of amalgam, with 20 head of stampers running. - s The Inglewood Extended Company cleaned up on Saturday after crushing 250 tons for 3850zs of amalgam.—Exchange.
