WELLINGTON.
This Day.
An inquest was held this morning on the body of Jacob Monteith, chemist, who died suddenly on Sunday evening. Dr. France stated that deceased bad consulted him, and he (France) told him that his heart was affected. Deceased did not believe this, but treated himself for chronic dyspepsia. Dr. Tripe made a post mortem examination, and showed that death was caused by syncope through the failure of the heart's action. The jury returned a verdict of " Death from Natural Causes."
At the Supreme Court, the case of Kata Boyle, for child murder, is proceed* ing.
