Gold Find at Waitekauri.

Paeeoa, This day. Messrs Davies and Lee, who have been prospecting at Waitekauri for some considerable time, have unearthed a reef which is said to be worth at least two ounces per ton. The new fiud, which is near to the Young New Zealand section of the Welcome Extended claim, has already attracted a good deal of attention and pegging out is again the order of the day.
