DUNEDIN.
This day. The Land Board, at a meeting to-day, granted a re-hearing in the Waikouaiti " dummying " cases. Messrs Green and Clarke, who were averse to the cancellation of the licenses, allege that they left the previous meeting on an understanding that the motion for cancellation had been lost.
