A cargo of 6000 carcases mutton, brought by the ship Lytteltori, from Port Chalmers (August 20), arrived in splendid condition; the first portion was placed on the market to-day, and reached 6fd per pound;
Services in celebration of the fourth Centenary of Martin Luther's birth, hare been held generally throughout England to-day.
Alexandeia, November 12.
The withdrawal of British troops from Egypt will be completed during the pro sent month ; it has been decided that only three English regiments shall remain in the country, and they will act as a garrison in this city. New Yobk, Nov. 12.
The Lutheran quadri-centennary has been celebrated generally throughout the United States, by services in various churches.
