Yeßte.r4ay. The following sentences were given at the Supreme Court;— Charles Beard six weeks' imprisonment, without hard labor, for assault; William Augustus Moon, 14 years' penal servitude for forging and uttering; Egbert Hejier, 4 years penal
servitude for forging and uttering. Thos. Man, accused of stealing a ring, was acquitted. .
