This day. The Governor having expressed a wish to meet the Harbour Board to inspect the plans of the Harbour; a meeting has been arranged for to-day, and his Excel* lency's departure was consequently post^ poned till 3 p.m. The customs revenue for the month ended was £2665, beer duty £175.
