NAPIER,
■ This day. The Napier shareholders of the Colonial Bank are very much incensed at the continual changes made of managers. The local branch bank has been established here eight years, during which time there have been seven managers. The shareholders see no necessity for these changes and are convinced that the iaterests of the Bank have suffered inconsequence. On the removal of Mr Drake, who left here to-day, strong representations will be made to the directory.
