Mr Redmond, M.P., and member of the Land League, is expected to shortly visit Auckland, and several committee meetings have been already held for the purpose of giving him a welcome. Bishop Luck Las addressed letters to the clergy of the diocese urging them not to countenance Mr.ltedmond on his public appearances as delegate of the Land Lpague. It is stated that several of the clergy intend disregarding the Bishop's direction, and intend countenancing the visitor. ,
