CAMBRIDGE.
Yesterday. Another of the series of cases against Walker and party, preferred by the Ngatikauhaua, in which there were 33 accused, was brought forward to day in the Cam* bridge K.M. CouJt. Mr Hay stated that from the evidence adduced in the previous case, he saw he was unable to secure a conviction, and consequetly withdrew the charge.
