Yesterday. .? The. Harbor Board elections to-day resulted in the return of Messrs John Ball an cc, F. K. Jackson, Henry Cornjfe -1, A. W. Willis, D.J. Poison, and Joseph Abbotts Great excitement prevailed in '-'■& election, the three first candidates being re-elected, and Mr Willis beating the old member, Mr 8. C. Cross, by seven votes only.

r This day. Very little interest taken in licensing elections, and will revert to the Governor to nominate most committees. .
