The suit instituted by; Hunt against Sir Arthur Gordon cornea on for hearing at the Supreme Court in April. Hunt has D.ow reached Samoa, and is expected to return to this city in a month's time. He will bring with him several Samoau chiefs, who purpose giving evidence on his behalf. Fletcher Johnston, the defendant's counsel, has not yet returned from Samoa.
