Outbreak in AfghanistanThe Waly of Merisoona, a town on the border between Turkestan and Afghanistan, bas rebelled agaiust the local government authority, and has applied to the Russian Governm-nt for assistance. The Governors of Afghan and Turkestan have sent to the authorities at Cabul asking for reinforcements. The Occupation of Egpt. The military authorities in England are advertising for supplies to the army in occupation of Egypt, until the middle of Februarj' next.
