Forty Guns Captured.
News has been received that the British army under Sir Garnet Wolseley left the camp at Kassassain yesterday to advance against the enemy. Every man under arms was furnished with 100 rounds of ammunition. The' force marched some distance in the direction of Tel-eKKebir, and at dusk the order was given to bivouac for the night. At 2 a.m. the advance was resumed, anditisexpectedthatthe enemy's position will be reached shortly, and that an attack will ibe made under cover of darkness. Alexandria, Sept. 13, Later. Intelligence is to hand that Telel-Kebir has been captured by the British army. Forty guns have been taken, and a large number of prisoners captured. The enemy is now in full retreat.
