The Times -this morning publishes a paragraph stating that, in consequence of the hesitation of the Porte in replying to the request of the Great Powers for the despatch of Turkish troops to Egypt, the English Government have to»day issued orders for the British expeditionary force, which has recently been organised, to proceed without delay to Alexandria. Alexandria, July 20. Intelligence is to hand from Kafradour that Aiabi is collecting and rfceiving the taxes from the inhabitants of that district, and is further making extensive requisi* tions upon them for money and supplies.
