Passing of the Irish Arrears of Rent Bill. The cricket match Australians versus Yorkshire, at Bradford, was concluded today, and resulted in a victory for the former by 47 runs. The Yorkshire men in their second innings required 132 to win the match, but they only succeeded in putting together 84 runs. The bowling of the Australians was dead on the wicket, and their fielding was excellent. The weather to-day was fine, and there was agafn a large attendance. London, July 20. In the House of Commons last night the Arrears of Kents in Ireland Bill, providing for payment by the State of a portion of arrears due by tenants, such payments to be taken out of the, surplus funds of the Irish Church, was again under consideration in committee. After further discussion the whole of the clauses were agreed to, and the measure was passed through Committee.
