The House then went into Committee on the Coroners Act Amendment Bill (Stewart), and it was reported with amendments, one being a new clause proposed by W. White, providing that Coroner's jurymen should be paid 3s dd if engaggd not more.than three hours, or 7s-for the day, and that travelling expenses be allowed over two miles. .•
