Frederick Barchard was charged with the larceny of £5, the property of Arthur Sherlock, on the 19th inst. ■• Sergt. O'Grady asked for a remand until to-morrow in order to obtain evidence. Bemand granted', with bail £25 in himself, and one surety of £25. Court adjourned. ,
