[Eeuteb's Special.] Bjeklin, November 8. A second ballot for the election of members to the .Reichstag has resulted in the return of Socialist candidates for Breslau, Mayencc, and Greiz. An Imperial article in the Berlin Post to day states that Prince Bismarck is wearied, and wishes to resign, leaving the Government to the Clericals and Conservatives. Vienna, November 8. Baron de Kiillary, Uuder Secretary of Foreign Affairs, has issued a statement to the effect that his speech in the Reichstrath yesterday has been incorrectly reported. He affirms that what he said was that neither Italy nor Austria had anything to ask or fear of one another. The leadei-3 of the Bosnian League have made an appeal to Mr Gladstone against what they tertu the oppression of Austria in Bosnia. Lomdon, November 7. Percy Lefroy Mapleton, who was arrested on the charge of murdering Mr Gomld, on the Brighton railway in July last, has been sentenced to death. Obituary: The Most Reverend John McHale, D.D., Catholic Archbishop of Tuam, Ireland, aged 90. Paeis, November 7. Telegrams to hand to-day from Tunis state that many of the rebel Tunisian tribes are now submitting to the French troops who were recently despatched against them.
