MisLiiouifNE, Wednesday. The Melbourne Age to day publishes a special telegram from London, stating the Daily News of the 7th iustaut contains a leading article on the present native crisis in New Zealand, and warmly approves of the rigorous uctiou of the Government in dealing with Te Whiti and his followers. In the Legislative Council last night, the debate on Eamsay's motion regarding the Education Commission was concluded. The division resulted in favor of the Government, the motion being negatived by 47 to 27.
