This day. The Daily Times Melbourne correspondent cables that the horses Sir Mod red aud Somnus have been seized for debt, and a lawsuit is pending. There is great excitement in Melbourne on the subject. Mr Oliver goes to Wellington to-day to remain till after the elections. The sports yesterday were greatly interfered with by the rain.
