It now, transpires that the announcement made on the 14th inst. that Mr Arthur O'Connor, M..P. for (Queen's County, was in custody was premature. It now appears that hearing that a warrant had been issued, he made his escape to England, and is still at large. Serious rioting took place at Mallow, in County Cork, yesterday between the troops and the people. The former tired upon and then charged the rioters, several of whom were severely injured before they were dispersed.
