Bbisbane, This day. Parliament was prorogued to-day to the 20th inst.. Sydney, This day. There is now every reason to believe that small pox is sensibly decreasing ; n the city aud suburbs.
Several members of the Ministry visited .Newcastle yesterday, aud were cordially received. Sir Henry Parkes, Premier, iv replying to an address, made a lengthy speech, in which he reviewed the history of his administration.
