This day. McMinn to-day formally notified his candidature for Waipa.
Mr Fantham proceeded to-day en route with three pure bred short-horn bulls for exhibition at the Canterbury show.
Tawhiao and Eewi's people are still busy putting in potatoes. They have now twelve ploughs at work in the township and at Mangapiko.
