The Commission consisted of Sir Win. Fitzherbert, the Hon John Johnston, and the Hon C. J. Puarazyn.
The acting Speaker, Mr Seymour, and nine members of the House of Representatives attended, upon which the Commission was read, and Parliament prorogued till November 24th, 1881.
