A daring attempt has been made to rescue the prisoners McGrath and Kevett, the prisoners who are coufined in Liverpool Gaol, on the charge of attempting to blow up Liverpool Town Hall with dynamite. The warders had previously received alarm, and when the- mob assembled in front of the prison they made their appearance armed.
