The Hon. Graham Berry received a telegram today from Knrl Xiinberley, Secretary of State for the Colonies stating that a police officer has been despatched by mail steamer to bring Henderson, the rpputed owner of the steamer Ferret, alias India, and those of the officers and crew who are now under arrest, to Scotland, where they will be placed on their trial. Melbourne, This day. Repnirs to the Urieut Steamship Sorata being completed, she is afloat again. It has transpired that the Corner Party in the Legislative Assembly will not support the vote of Want of Confidence in the Ministry which is to be proposed by Sir Bryan O'Loughliu to-day. It is not yet known what action the Opposition members will take on the motion. It is believed in some quarters that they have not yet decided upon their course of actiou.
