This day. The Supreme Court opened to-day. Eleven offences charged against thirteen persons, six natives and seven Europeans. None of the offences are of a serious nature, the gravest being a charge of bigamy. John White, a navvy at Waipawa, was found lying dead in a pool of water on the road yesterday. A quarter of an hour previously he was seen in an hotel, apparently in good health. I
