The Dirorce Court opened this morning. Decrees absolute were granted in the cases Gilfillan t. GilfiHan.(Dapedin), and McGhee f.fM^hee (otf*edin). A rule nisi was granted in the case Barley r. Barley (Dunedin). The case Weston >: Weston (Chmtchureh) was adjour-aed until to-morrow, their Honors taking time to consider whether the fact that the eertiffcate was not issued before tEe marriage would affect the case. Campbell r. Campbell (Christchurch) is proceeding. "
