While the barque Himalaya was off the Heads this morning, a seaman fell from the royal yard to crosstrees, and broke his thigh. Wm. Eden has been fined £50 for sly grog-selling. He was also charged with assaulting the constable who detected him, and sentenced to • 14 days' hard labour.
