This day. , The body of Eice Foulkes, who has been missing some days, was found yesterday near the Heathcote estuary, under circumstances showing clearly that deceased had committed suicide. He had been drinking heavily of" late, The case brought against Pfobbs and Goodwin, proprietors of the totalizators, by Suider and Drake, bookmakers, was
this morning adjourned for a week. This will enable defendants to attend the Timaru races with their machine, much to the annoyance of the bookmakers.
